Don't Call Us. We'll Call You.

If it takes someone more than 2 minutes on your Web site to find out how to contact the right people in your organization, you give the impression that you don't want to be bothered.

Fine then. I won't bother you. I won't visit your site, use your services, or buy your products.

If you think you're saving money and the time of your employees by making them hard to access (so they can spend their time on other things), you're saving money only because you're losing customers.
